Level 1 Coach Course Online

Who Needs A Coach?

The team coach is important in helping players develop their skills and reach their full potential. The coach can assist this process by providing instruction, analysis and encouragement. This requires a knowledge of the game and the skills involved in the game, as well as the ability to inspire players to learn and motivate them to work on their own game. The team coach can mold a group of individuals into a team of players working together for a common goal.

Coaches generally get great satisfaction from seeing the development in skills, confidence and life skills from their players as the season progresses, and as each season passes on to the next.

Have you ever thought about becoming a coach?

For most clubs, finding someone who is willing to coach is often problematic. But having an enthusiastic, confident and well trained coach is a great help to your team and to your club.

With no hockey training or games to go to at the moment, now is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills as a coach. You might even pick up some useful tips to help your own game as a player.

Check out this information about the process of becoming an Accredited Coach.
