Changes to Access and Parking at Stead Park

As the hit up area rebuild has commenced today, the access to Pitch 2 will change.

Members are asked to follow the altered access routes and signage. There may also be some changes to parking areas in the coming weeks, until mid May.

Thank you for your continued support and patience with the rebuild activities. The end result will be worth it.

Reminder: nominations for Hockey Geelong teams for the Junior Country Championships close on April 10.

Playing in the Victorian Junior Country Championships is a fantastic opportunity for hockey players. It brings together the best regional talent, giving players the chance to compete at a higher level, challenge themselves, and experience the intensity and fun of representative hockey.

Itโ€™s a chance to develop skills quickly through quality coaching, structured games, and exposure to different playing styles. It`s a great chance to build confidence and create friendships with teammates from across their regionโ€”often forming memories that last well beyond the tournament.

The championships can act as a pathway for future opportunities, with selectors and coaches often watching closely. Whether aiming for higher honours or simply wanting to improve and enjoy the game, the experience helps players take the next step in their hockey journey.
