The Hockey Geelong Men’s and Women’s representative teams held a Family, Friends and Sponsors Day at Stead Park last Sunday, the 9th of August.
Our four Vic League 1 teams played on pitch 1 and put on a show for the crowd as the afternoon progressed.
A big thank you to everyone – including players, parents & club members – who helped to sell raffle tickets, donated prizes and helped with the BBQ (setting up and packing up). Thanks also to Nette Williams, Rachel Frost, Terry Moore and Alan Climpson who transformed the Urquhart room into the Sponsors’ box for the day, to host our generous supporters who make it possible for Hockey Geelong to field well prepared teams in the 2015 Hockey Victoria Vic League 1 competition.
