SEEKING UNDER 16 BOYS FOR DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The Hockey Geelong Junior Sharks teams are seeking more U16 boys (born 2004 – 2005) to field a Development Team in the Hockey Victoria Friday night Pennant North West competition. The 14-week competition starts on Friday May 1, with training on Monday nights 6.30pm – 7.30pm, starting March 16.
This Pennant team, while providing skill development and a more social setting, will also provide a wider pool of players should the Shield Team require additional players due to injury, illness or unavailability throughout the season.
Pennant Squad Training is expected to be on Monday nights (starting March 16, 6.30pm – 7.30pm TBC), with potential to join the Shield training on Tuesdays on an invitational basis later on the season.
