The COVID-19 situation has significantly altered the sporting season for many organisations and sports, including hockey. A return to hockey is imminent, but it is acknowledged that there are barriers which may impact on the participation of our usual members – health concerns, cost, altered format of the season. The Geelong Hockey Association would like to help clubs and hockey come back strongly in 2020, and continue to prosper in 2021 and into the future.
There are many organisations working to support sport in this unusual time, and clubs are encouraged to take advantage of the resources available. Following is a list of some of the support and resources provided.
