Congratulations

GHA President, Peter Stuart sends a message of congratulations to all the teams, and especially the Men’s teams on their debut in the Premier League competition.

“Great result for the Premier League teams on your first match at PL level. A big day for Geelong hockey.

I watched the reserves second half and the entire Premier league game and was deeply impressed by the way you all went about it. A draw in the reserves and a loss in the last 15 seconds of the Premier league game. A bit disappointing for the PL side but certainly a result to build upon.

And not forgetting the Pennant D side with a very solid result over Essendon.

Congratulations to all involved. And don’t forget the ladies in VL1 who are hopefully on their way back to Premier League as well.”
