At the Hockey Geelong Forum last year it was very clear from all who attended that we need a Junior Development Coach to introduce our game to new players as well as developing the skills of junior players. This person will lead clinics as well as take groups for intensive skill development and work with some schools.
We are advertising this paid role and the position description is attached below.
There may be more than one person appointed, for those occasions like clinics which will require additional coaches.
