Working Bee Saturday 15th March at Stead Park
The Hockey Geelong community came together for a very productive working bee at Stead Park last Saturday morning.
Thirty five people rolled up their sleeves and worked hard in cleaning all parts of Stead Park. It was also an opportunity to repair fences, goals and seats. We also rearranged all signage. The little but tedious jobs like wiping and cleaning the walls have now been completed.
We need to thank Nette Williams for all of her organization in getting the people there and providing all the materials. Thank you Nette, a huge effort.
This has ensured our facility will be presented in the best possible way for the coming season.
The Executive sincerely thanks all those who attended and so much was completed. It was a very successful day. Thank you.
