The summer hockey competitions for 2025 will commence on October 13. The initial period of the competitions will run for 10 weeks until December, with some possible changes to the format and venues after Christmas.
Hockey Geelong is seeking a Summer Competition Co- Ordinator.
This position is being readvertised, and still offers a remuneration of $2000 which covers both the pre and post Christmas period (probably 14 weeks in total).
However, the co-ordinator will not now be required to open or close or to run the canteen. These roles will be filled by Russell and Jesse Allthorpe, and we thank them for their assistance.
Responsibilities of the role therefore include:
- Preparation and publication of the summer competition fixtures on the Hockey Geelong website
- Collation and updating of results on the Hockey Geelong website
