Hockey Geelong’s Regional Umpire Developer, John Larkins, invites all interested people to attend a Pre-season Umpires training session. The session is open to:
- Hockey Geelong umpires
- parents of umpires
- hockey players wanting to know more about umpiring

There will be a BBQ lunch put on for all that attend.
The day will consist of meet and greet, an information session, an outdoor training session and then lunch followed by questions.
All umpires are asked to dress in their umpire uniform and wear runners for training, and bring your whistles. There will be umpire tops for sale at $20 each for those who need one.
