Liam Murphy and Gus McKinnon are to travel to Doncaster England to play several games with the local hockey club.
During the year it was with great excitement to announce a partnership between the GHA and the Doncaster Hockey Club in England. The aim of the partnership is to foster the game of hockey by individuals or teams visiting each other.
We were keen to have a point of difference and have found this partnership goes some way in achieving that. Liam and Gus are the first to experience this partnership. They shall be arriving in early January 2025, playing several games and then touring there and Europe. While there they will be immersed in their training as well as being able to lead sessions if they desire. It will be a whole hockey experience for them.
We look forward to hearing of their adventures upon their safe return.
