Well it’s almost here – the Annual Women’s Country Championships are being held this weekend at Stead Park. June 11th – June 13th.
This year 22 Women’s teams from around Victoria (and the States!!) are competing at the Championships, including Geelong, Goulburn Valley, Albury-Wodonga, East Gippsland, Westvic (Ballarat), Dimboola, Wimmera, Maryborough, Peninsula, Sunraysia, USA, North Central Vic, Portland & LaTrobe Valley
There are 4 Divisions – A, B1, B2 and Masters. Only two Associations have entered Masters teams – Geelong and Sunraysia, so they’re guaranteed a spot in the Final!

JUST HOCKEY will be down at Stead Park again on SATURDAY ONLY from 9am – 4pm.
The Saturday Night Function is open to all players, coaches, managers, sponsors, supporters, family members or hockey fans in general – but you must RSVP to Alan Climpson by TUESDAY 7th of June so that appropriate catering can be organised.
