Hockey Geelong employed Nic Brydon last year in the role of Hockey Geelong Junior Development Coach, and she provided an excellent service to our junior players and their coaches. Her impact was significant and long lasting.
We recently advertised this role and were unable to attract a suitable candidate. This has allowed us to rethink how we may continue to provide junior development support to our hockey community. The support this year will be delivered by a small group of players of a high level who are available to provide support for junior players and coaches.
