We are thrilled to have wonderful new facilities at the Geelong Hockey Centre for our hockey community to use and enjoy.
We are even more thrilled to see the increasing numbers of people who are joining our hockey clubs to take advantage of these facilities and to enjoy the game we love!
We are aiming to reach 1000 members, and we are getting closer to our goal every day! The lucky 1000th member will have their 2027 hockey fees paid by Hockey Geelong, so there’s never a better time to join!
The membership of Hockey Geelong has increased by 11% since December 2025, and is currently sitting at 996. The new hockey pitch at Torquay has seen the Torquay Hockey Club increase its membership by 42%, contributing to the overall growth of the Hockey Geelong community. With the massive interest generated by the redevelopment at the Geelong Hockey Centre, we are expecting that this growth will continue!
Every member counts! Join Hockey Geelong, spread the word and help us reach 1000 members. Together, we’re building a bigger, stronger hockey community!
Our summer competition has just begun, and there’s plenty of room for more players to join us. With competitions available for U8 to U17, senior men and women, Masters (35+) and Family teams, there is something for everyone – regardless of age, experience or skill level. Everyone is welcome!
