Congratulations to Shannon Calder who is the newest recipient of the Hockey Geelong Volunteer Award.
Shannon is a tireless worker around Stead Park.Β As well as being the President for Geelong Jaguars he contributes so much to the Association. Shannon runs the Mediocre Monday sessions where people of varying abilities come together and enjoy a casual session of hockey.
He is also the one who helps with each Sunday and will often stay behind to close Stead Park. Whenever a task is needed to be completed it isΒ Shannon who volunteers.
We recognise him as a significant volunteer who contributes so much in many ways.
