Introducing a new initiative – a 2025 Hockey Geelong Membership Card
The membership card benefits the owner of the card as well as your club. You will receive a 10% discount at the canteen, as well as nominate your club of choice to receive $10, with the remainder going to the funding of the Hockey Geelong Junior Development Coach.
What you need to do…
- Sign up using the QR code or this link: https://forms.office.com/r/bF43ewzTtt*
- Nominate your club to receive $10 from every membership
- If no club is nominated, the membership funds will be directed to the Junior Development Coach wage
- Transfer $25 into the nominated Hockey Geelong bank account as listed in the link above OR pay your membership at the canteen
Note: You will receive an email to say when your card is available for collection at the canteen. Membership is for the calendar year.

- A Hockey Geelong sticker
- A membership card
- $10 goes to your nominated club
- The remainder goes towards funding for a Junior Development Coach for the Hockey Geelong community
