The canteen at Stead Park is operated by a canteen manager, supported by volunteers from participating teams.
Ongoing Canteen Structure
Under 8 (8:15am – Stead Park)
One team will be rostered each week on a rotating basis:
Corio → Torquay Tornadoes → Saints → Torquay → repeat
Under 10 (9:15am time slot – Stead Park, Split Pitch)
The team listed first as the home team for Pitch 2 Home is responsible for providing one volunteer.
Under 12 and Under 14 – Stead Park)
The home team is responsible for providing one volunteer during their game.
Senior Matches
Teams provide one volunteer each for the game immediately following theirs.
Hockey Geelong Sharks provide two volunteers.
No volunteers are required after the final game of the day.

Please ensure volunteers are ready to step in immediately following your game. We understand players may need a quick freshen up, however we ask this is kept brief so canteen operations continue smoothly.
Please ensure this is communicated to your teams / team managers and volunteers are arranged accordingly.
If a rostered volunteer is not provided, the club may be charged to cover additional staffing costs required to keep the canteen operating.
