July 28, 2020Reduce the Risk of Spreading COVID-19
Geelong Hockey Association are aware of possible COVID-19 cases in local schools and the broader community generally. Geelong Hockey Association are reviewing our response on a case by case basis.
Please let us reaffirm our position as of now.
Geelong Hockey Association respectfully asks that YOU AND YOUR FAMILY do not attend any training or matches organised by Geelong Hockey Association if:
- you OR a family member are tested and found to have Coronavirus
- you OR a family member have been tested for Coronavirus and are awaiting results of the test
- you OR a family member have been in contact with anyone who has, OR MAY HAVE, Coronavirus
- contact tracing is currently being conducted to determine if you OR a family member have been in contact with anyone who has been tested and found to have Coronavirus
Note that these requirements will also apply to anyone whose workplace has been closed or where potential contact with a case of COVID-19 has occurred.
When medical clearance has been given, and contact tracing has been completed with no contact identified, you and your family are very welcome to join our activities.
In any of the situations detailed above, please make sure that you notify your Club and the Geelong Hockey Association ASAP of the potential risks.
