We have a young talented women’s squad looking forward to a great year playing Vic League 1 and Vic League 1 Reserves.
The right candidate will have a strong commitment to grow, develop and the ability to teach players of all ages. We see this role as a development position, working alongside likeminded hockey enthusiasts, with mentoring available.
Previous experience is desired, but not necessary.
Position Criteria:
- Organise and run training sessions.
- Attend home and away matches.
- Provide a positive and challenging training environment.
- Have a focus on player development, providing regular feedback to players.
- Support the club’s values and expectations.
